Welcome to the Geography SSIP programme. The purpose of this programme is the professional development of FET teachers who are currently teaching in the school FET phase of the education system. The programme is aligned with the strategic goals of the GDE which focuses on improving the teaching and learning practice in most classrooms through the capacitation of teachers on Content, Pedagogy, Assessment, and ICT integration.
