Principals, deputy principals, heads of departments, and district officials are examples of school leaders and managers who have a significant impact on the professionalism and morale of teachers, the school’s relationship with parents and the larger community, the achievement of students, and the general climate of teaching and learning. The training programs offered by the Leadership and Management directorate are made to meet the educational demands of school leaders and managers in line with the school’s aims.
